Baratza is the best

We recently purchased the upgrade kit for 70$ to replace the burrs in our 20+ year old Virtuoso. We did everything right following the YouTube tutorial to a T. We plugged it in and it would not work. Did a bit of troubleshooting to no avail and decided that we would treat ourselves to the new Virtuoso +. Just received it today and will soon enjoy perfectly *ground coffee beans again! We are impressed that the style of the grinder has not changed too much as familiarity is important when it is an appliance that you like and use every day. Too bad we are out the money spent on the rebuild kit but the good news is….we have the kit for our new grinder if we should live so long as to need it!
