Kore Biloya produces natural coffees that are very floral-like. Whilst most of the coffees come here mixed by an Isuzu truck, estimated 320 farmers crop is coming to this station on most days. Each farmers picks about 100-200 kilograms of red cherries per day. This results in about 15-35 kilograms of final green beans after processing.
Coffee trees around Kore Biloya grow mostly in under the shade of many different shade trees such as Cordia Africana and Bibira. Whilst coffee is drying Biloya’s employees turn the cherries by hand to ensure that coffees are evenly drying.
